Product Features
▪ The frame is fabricated from custom-shaped steel sections, with three-dimensional panel positioning and bolted connections—eliminating the need for welding. This approach prevents weld‑induced distortion and enhances installation accuracy.
▪ The mounting holes for the frame and components are spaced according to a modulus of E = 20 mm.
▪ Internal structural components are galvanized. The exterior, after pickling and phosphating, is coated with electrostatic epoxy powder spray.
▪ In the power center (PC) incoming switchgear, the upper section houses the horizontal busbar zone, while the lower section accommodates the circuit breaker compartment. Circuit breakers can be configured with domestically produced series such as MEDW45, or, according to customer requirements, with various models manufactured by international electrical equipment manufacturers, including ABB’s F‑series circuit breakers and intelligent circuit breakers.
▪ The deviation from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°.
▪ This product is suitable for transportation and storage within the following temperature range: -25°C to +55°C; for short periods (not exceeding 24 hours), it may be exposed to temperatures up to +70°C.
