To thoroughly implement the requirements of the national “Work Safety Month” campaign and comprehensively enhance employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, Zhongshun Electric organized a specialized work‑safety training session on June 13, 2025, themed “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies, and Identify Safety Hazards Around Us.” The training was attended by the company’s safety management personnel and frontline employees, who, through analysis of typical cases, hazard identification, reinforcement of safety knowledge, and hands‑on drills, further strengthened the enterprise’s foundation for safe production.

The first session of the training focused on “Analysis of Typical Accident Cases.” Drawing on real‑world incidents from recent years, safety experts conducted an in-depth examination of accidents caused by improper operating procedures, inadequate safety safeguards, and insufficient management of hazardous materials. By presenting authentic on‑site photographs, tracing accountability, and illustrating the resulting consequences, participants gained a profound understanding that “there are no small safety issues” and pledged to take these lessons to heart, rigorously adhering to operating procedures.

Practice-oriented, enhancing capabilities in identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Safety experts provided detailed guidance on the standards and methods for identifying hazards in critical areas, including electrical equipment, work environments, fire‑fighting facilities, and the expiration of safety‑related supplies. Using photographs of actual safety hazards, they conducted on‑site interactive Q&A sessions, proposing corrective measures for common issues such as overloaded circuits and inadequate grounding, thereby ensuring that employees master the end‑to‑end process of “identify–assess–remediate–reinspect.”

Strengthen awareness and ensure safety knowledge is firmly ingrained in both mind and heart.
To further strengthen the foundations of safety culture, the training program included a dedicated session on “Safety Awareness and Knowledge.” Through scenario-based simulations and other interactive methods, participants gained practical expertise in areas such as electric shock first aid, fire evacuation, proper selection of personal protective equipment, and risk management, while reinforcing the principle that “everyone is ultimately responsible for safety.” Employees actively engaged in the drills, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere that effectively enhanced their ability to protect themselves and assist others in emergencies.

This training is not only a key initiative of “Safety Production Month,” but also an integral part of the company’s ongoing, routine safety management system.
